JC it's one of the best service people they have I've been to different Ford dealers in my travels and they all been accommodating, which is really nice. My 2012 Explorer was due for an oil change. The stalled at an intersection (never did this before). Warning light said low oil pressure. I was concerned more might be needed than an oil change. Gene Messer performed diagnostics, checked filters, changed the oil, and unclogged a windshield wiper fluid duct, all for a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the condition of my car when I picked it up after service. While I understand we had a dust storm recently, the interior of my car looked as though the windows had been left open, and the amount of dust inside was unacceptable.
I paid a significant amount for the service, and I expected at the very least for my car to be returned in the same condition I left it in. It is common practice for dealerships to return vehicles in a clean and presentable state, yet this was not the case here. When I raised the issue with the service technician, I was told that Ford and Lincoln are no longer related and that Ford is not responsible for detailing the car after service. I was then offered the option of bringing the car back in 3 to 4 days for cleaning.
I find it completely unreasonable to be told my car was ready for pickup when it was not even clean or maintained in the way I left it. This is not the level of service I expect, especially after paying for maintenance and repairs.
I have had multiple vehicles serviced over the years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was not only disappointed with the work done, but also with the lack of professionalism and customer service. As a result, I will not be returning to your dealership for future service, and I will be sharing my experience with others who may need automotive services.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better practices to avoid such experiences for future customers.

My service advisor was very unhelpful, and didn't let me know for 10 days that he hadn't talked to the dealership with my extended warranty until I went to pick up my car, and then they wouldn't release it to me for the week because he didn't do his job, and call them when he hadn't heard from them. I didn't get timely updates even when I asked, and he said my car was done on Monday, but his boss (on Friday) said they just finished the warranty work on Thursday after finally talking to the other dealership. One issue was the airbag wiring, and that is still an issue even after picking up the car. They had my car for five weeks, and didn't fix the airbag.
I needed to have my F150 serviced while en route from the East coast to California and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Gene Messer Ford. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the job was completed promptly. Also, as I had no other way of getting around, I appreciated the free courtesy pickup and drop-off service. I highly recommend the service department at Gene Messer Ford.
The service department was very friendly and helpful. Helped navigate my prepaid service plan, came and picked up my vehicle and delivered it back to me when the work was completed. Both gentlemen I felt with were friendly and courteous.
