David Smith my sales rep let me test drive 5 vehicles trying to decide on what made me smile, little did we know the bottle of water he offered me next to the vehicle on the showroom floor did the trick! He was very accommodating despite internet issues and a holiday weekend but the no nonsense sales approach made it a pleasant experience! Staying in Amarillo the morning we were leaving the check engine light came on in our Ford F-250 Truck. We called Gene Messer Ford and they got us in at 10:30. Fortunately we were assigned Jeremy Chastain as a service advisor. He came out and identified the problem himself and took our vehicle to be worked on. He kept us up to date on everything and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. They had us back on the road in a few hours. Wish we had a Dealership with people like Jeremy working there where we live.

I was greeted by a service manager as I exited my vehicle. I was checked in quickly and a mechanic was inspecting my truck within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I was in and out of there in an hour. They did a great job.
Everyone I spoke with there was very kind and helpful. I would like to thank Omar for his respect of knowing my number but not calling me 72 times a week. Unfortunately we went in on his day off but it’s been a good week knowing that our actual salesperson was amazing to call him and split commission. Now if that doesn’t scream teamwork, nothing else will explain it either.

JC it's one of the best service people they have I've been to different Ford dealers in my travels and they all been accommodating, which is really nice. My 2012 Explorer was due for an oil change. The stalled at an intersection (never did this before). Warning light said low oil pressure. I was concerned more might be needed than an oil change. Gene Messer performed diagnostics, checked filters, changed the oil, and unclogged a windshield wiper fluid duct, all for a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the condition of my car when I picked it up after service. While I understand we had a dust storm recently, the interior of my car looked as though the windows had been left open, and the amount of dust inside was unacceptable.
I paid a significant amount for the service, and I expected at the very least for my car to be returned in the same condition I left it in. It is common practice for dealerships to return vehicles in a clean and presentable state, yet this was not the case here. When I raised the issue with the service technician, I was told that Ford and Lincoln are no longer related and that Ford is not responsible for detailing the car after service. I was then offered the option of bringing the car back in 3 to 4 days for cleaning.
I find it completely unreasonable to be told my car was ready for pickup when it was not even clean or maintained in the way I left it. This is not the level of service I expect, especially after paying for maintenance and repairs.
I have had multiple vehicles serviced over the years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was not only disappointed with the work done, but also with the lack of professionalism and customer service. As a result, I will not be returning to your dealership for future service, and I will be sharing my experience with others who may need automotive services.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better practices to avoid such experiences for future customers.
